custom surfboards are the foundation of the zinc brand. we aim to create not only a connection to our customer, but a connection between the customer and their board. with an insight into our production, customers are able to view their board at certain stages of the build.

colours are carefully mixed by hand for each individual board - colours may vary from board to board as well as tint from spray.

a custom board allows you to personally select your boards stringer, colour options and finishes. including coloured tints, selected sprays and a wet rub matt finish. a unique ordering process that provides you with the board that bests suits you.
